Filled wall to wall with history, The Cave, as it’s known, is not your typical jazz club but is one of the most important parts of Parisian night life. Embracing dixieland, jazz manouche, swing and blues, it’s well worth a visit. The Caveau de la Huchette is a 60 year old Parisian club is a lively little venue. Located in the Latin Quarter, it’s been host to jazz since the glory days. Some of America’s best musicians have played here including Count Basie, Art Blakey and Lionel Hampton to name a few.
