Sao Paolo is Brazil’s biggest city and Syndikat is one of the cosiest and intimate European style jazz bars you will come across. The people are in the 20 – 30 somethings, jazz played every night and one of the most extensive drinks menus ever seen.
The club is divided into two lounges with stage on lower ground floor. The menu is elegantly natured with good humour and a selection of hot dishes to share. Never had a ‘Charlie Parker Pancake’ or a ‘Billie Holiday Parmesan’ but if you want one, Syndikat is the place to be.
Main shows start at 10pm but probably best to get in early, being cosy means packed so get there early. Club opens at 6pm.
